Booking & Cancellation Policy
As a family run hotel, late cancellations and no-shows affect our business, therefore our deposit, refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
Booking Conditions
We require a deposit of 50% for the requested booking dates that can be made through our PayPal account and / or a credit card via a PayPal account. (You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment in this way)
The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is requested within 15 full days or less of the booking arrival date.

* 50% deposit required to confirm your online booking
* 15 full days notice required to cancel a booking and be refunded less 10% administration fee
* All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the deposit paidÂ
* Early departures are non refundable
* Rates listed are in Thai Baht (THB)
The HOTEL assumes no responsibility for a cancellation or change of reservations, including those that are related to:
– Inclement weather or weather conditions
– Natural disasters, including forest fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc.
– Transportation issues, including flight delays or cancellations
– Job loss
– Strike, war, riot, acts of God, government actions, terrorist acts

6.1 Each registration is for a single user only. The Company does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. 6.2 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.
